The suicide vest was technically a costume dressing. The vest was provided by the costume shop and I added the painted PVC tubes, wires, and black pockets. There was also a handheld presser later attached that the actor handled as a handprop.

Gift Basket made from stock props, wrapped in cellophane, and handmade bow.
Plastic Vases mounted onto plywood.
Plywood boxes built and casters attached.
Vases and boxes painted gold and fake ferns added.

Hundreds of legal books were donated from area law offices to be used as the back wall.
Due to weigh concerns, each book had its pages cut out on the bandsaw. The top of the pages was to be kept intact due to sight-line concerns from the balconies.
Each book received a block of wood to ensure its shape was kept.
The books were kept in numerical order and loaded onto the shelves by the Scenic department.
